These feelings of hopelessness and helplessness are common with depression. I hold the foundational belief that crisis equals danger plus opportunity. In the context of our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to identify healthy coping skills and strategies to improve self and critical relationships. Additionally, we will explore the future opportunities that will arise out of this transitional time in your life.
