When each moment is a battle to stay afloat, the future may seem bleak. When you are depressed and anxious and your thoughts tell you these feelings are never going to end, you need to know this is a distortion that is completely untrue. These feelings of hopelessness and helplessness are common with depression. Imagine getting through this dark period and transitioning into time where you not only feel better, but you feel even better than before.
I hold the foundational belief that crisis equals danger plus opportunity. In the context of our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to identify healthy coping skills and strategies to improve self and critical relationships. Additionally, we will explore the future opportunities that will arise out of this transitional time in your life.
I would love to connect via phone to see if we could be a good fit in helping you accomplish your goals and push through your depression and anxiety. Additionally, I am EMDR trained.
