Group helps to identify core beliefs, projections and self limiting patterns of behavior that inhibit more meaningful relationships. Through cooperation, dialogue, and self-reflection, a safe respectful container is built whereby members can examine their style of relating to self and others. "Here and Now" interactions facilitate therapeutic change rather than prefab exercises and activities. Group involves: attention to current emotions, thoughts and sensations; receiving immediate direct feedback and validation on how you see yourself compared to how others see you, and learning to separate what is happening in the moment from what is expected to happen based on past experiences.

This group operates like the other Interpersonal Process Group I facilitate (see other group description). It also focuses on concerns and issues important to men. This group helps you discover healthier ways to express and manage emotions, connect with your own needs, desires, hurts, and strengths, practice new ways of relating, communicating, and resolving conflict, learn to ask for and give support and constructive feedback, explore strengths and struggles in relating to others, reduce feelings of isolation by sharing common experiences with other men in a safe, respectful, non-shaming setting. 6-8 members per group:Dates and Times TBA
