Hi there! I would first like to congratulate you on taking the first steps toward becoming a better you. I am here to support and empower you through whatever life throws your way. Life is chaotic. Healing is not linear. Things happen to us that are out of our control. And because of this, I aim to offer an empathetic ear and judgment-free space to help you work through the struggles of what it means to be a human in our crazy world.

My practice, Quantum Conscious Healing (QCH), is intentionally different from traditional psychotherapy in that you’re encouraged to explore the intersections of the human and spiritual experiences. Your metaphysical culture is respected, making it safe to divulge your personal beliefs and experiences with mystical phenomena, synchronicities (11:11, etc), spiritual awakenings, intuition, tarot readings, Spirit Team/Higher-Self guidance, past-life parallels, manifestation processes, soul contracts, chakra healing, crystals, or non-terrestrial encounters. At QCH you have permission to talk about mystical experiences without judgment.

I view therapeutic work as an invitation to turn towards the areas of our lives that are calling to us for some attention. Sometimes this means the challenging, confusing, painful, and mysterious parts of life. Other times it may mean exploring our connection to sense of self, our desires, creativity, and vitality. Therapy helps us to consider where we would like to grow, change, and heal - within a safe-enough space based in curiosity and connection. I take the whole person's lived context into consideration, including social, cultural, economic, and systemic forces that influence our sense of wellbeing.

I believe human beings are capable of incredible change! If you desire positive change in your life and are willing to work for it then it is absolutely possible, especially with my help. I believe encouragement goes a long way, but being that I am also direct and take an interactive approach to therapy with my clients, I will provide you with more than a listening ear and the ever cliché "uh huh". I will give you useful insight and feedback regarding what seems to be keeping you "stuck" and preventing you from growing and becoming more of the person you want to be.

Being seen as "having it all together" can be lonely. You are worried about what would happen if others knew what you were struggling with; the relationship issues, the anxiety, the self-esteem problems. (Maybe how your Christian faith fits into all of that). But lately, it has all just been SO much. More than anything, you want secure relationships where others put in just as much effort as you do. You want a clear mind, that doesn't feel overrun with anxiety. And you want to finally feel good about yourself. Finding a therapist who "gets" you and isn't afraid to jump in and help sort the chaos would feel so relieving.

If you’re silently struggling with porn addiction, you already know the emotional toll: shame, secrecy, and the frustration of breaking promises to yourself. Whether it’s Pornhub, OnlyFans, cam sites, or endless scrolling, your partner may feel hurt and disconnected. You’re likely overwhelmed by guilt and stuck in patterns you swore you’d quit. Even if you’re not in a relationship, porn may still be affecting your confidence, focus, or ability to connect. It doesn’t have to stay this way. I help men who feel stuck in this cycle break free from compulsive porn use and rebuild intimacy without shame or judgment.

Hello! I’m glad you found me here. I have significant experience using Family-Based Treatment (FBT), the leading evidence-based treatment for adolescents with anorexia nervosa that can effectively treat other eating disorders as well. I also have ample experience in treating adolescents and young adults with eating disorders utilizing other common modalities such as CBT and DBT. People with eating disorders often struggle with other obstacles such as trauma and anxiety. As a result, I've become competent in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based treatment for trauma and other stressors.
