Hello and welcome! As a therapist, I view my role as one in which I walk alongside you to help you become the best version of yourself. My approach to therapy is one of compassion, without shame or blame as they are hindrances to healing. I offer acceptance without conditions, a listening ear, and tools to help you experience relief and healing from your burdens. Life can be stressful, and this stress can manifest itself physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually. I can help you to relieve your stress, learn how to successfully cope with adversity, and heal from the negative effects of your life experiences.

I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and other effective modes of therapy. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from all walks of life, including those who want to incorporate their Christian faith in their therapy. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in various capacities for over 20 years.
