The process of finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I am here to provide an open, warm, and genuine environment where you can feel safe and find peace. My passion is helping others. Based on my education and life experiences I believe working through our struggles provides an opportunity for a more satisfying and fulfilling life. My experience includes work in several areas including depression, anxiety, foster/adoption support, bipolar disorder, and life transitions.
My approach is based on each individual's unique needs, life perspective, and personality. I use a number of therapeutic tools and theories in my work. A few of the approaches I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Through my life experiences I have gained compassion, understanding, and wisdom. The focus of my work is to help people access the answers, wisdom, and capacity they already have to work towards a life of peace and contentment. I would be honored to work with you on your journey.
