Welcome to my site! I specialize in psychotherapy for children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families to navigate life challenges. Therapy is a collaborative endeavor with you, the client setting the course to achieve your identified goals. I act as your guide in a supportive and compassionate manner providing skills & tools to foster your growth. We focus on promoting positive change, removing obstacles, building on your strengths and enhancing your resilience. My individualized approach encompasses the use of play, art, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, and a wide variety of other therapeutic techniques to meet your needs.
My counseling experience spans 12 + years in clinic (birth -18 years including family/couples), School Based (elementary, middle & high school), Foster Care settings & Employee Assistance (EAP- in a large teaching healthcare organization). Additionally, have 7 years experience working with fertility challenged couples & clients with chronic health issues.
My more than 28 years of experience in the delivery of the highest quality of patient centered healthcare I.e. advocacy, education and services offering a unique perspective to my clients to assist them in identifying and seeking out community resources as needed.
