Depression, worry, anxiety, poor self-worth and trauma are an unfortunate, albeit reality of life. One of my favorite quotes is, "Talents are best nurtured in solitude; character is best formed in the stormy billows of the world." (Goethe) Thus, it's vital to push through the trials and get to the other side.
