Like a mid-wife that helps along the natural process of birth, I serve as a guide who supports the NATURAL process of your needed development. I use a Jungian approach, EMDR and IFS to help you heal the roots of the stuck places: the old unconscious patterns of mind that no longer serve you. Like a river set free from blockages, your life can flow again.
