My approach focuses on helping you understand yourself and develop a compassionate relationship with your Self. With humor and gentleness, I will help you find blind spots and obstacles and help you clear the way to your best life. Along the way, I can teach you how to listen and trust your Self, empower you and give you tools to navigate life's most difficult obstacles. I especially enjoy working with people from various backgrounds and concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, abuse and trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief, life transitions, feeling "stuck" and stagnant, and existential questions.
With a holistic perspective, my approach is spiritual and growth oriented as well as mindfulness and client centered. I focus on mind-body-spirit connection and view each person as having many parts that need to be seen, understood, accepted, and healed, in order to feel whole. Spiritual healing is an area of personal passion and expertise.
