I have 20+ years of providing psychotherapy with BIPOC working on a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief & loss. My special interest is working with people who feel distress with life transitions and family related issues.

I take a holistic approach integrating wellness practices and understanding the whole person.
