Currently I am only offering Teletherapy via hipaa compliant methods. I enjoy working with clients looking to make positive changes in their life. I work with them to develop coping skills to assist them in managing extreme emotional states and distress, as well as to develop increased interpersonal skills. By developing communication skills clients are able to improve their relationships in all areas of their lives. I have expertise working with a diverse spectrum of individuals including those in non-mainstream relationships and those with chronic mental illness.
I work using cognitive and dialectic behavior therapy, CBT and attachment theory. I help the client manage conflicts and concerns in their life, developing skills for distress tolerance and emotional regulation. These skills allow clients to control problems that may arise for them.Most recently I have begun to Use Virtual Reality EMDR for Trauma.
With trauma I use EMDR as it least re traumatizes clients. Reducing pain and suffering from the trauma and allow the client to live their life without pain. With over a decade of experience, together we can build the tools you need to move forward towards the change you seek in your life.
