We are wired to connect, but sometimes our ways of connecting feel counterproductive, even painful. I support clients who are looking to heal their relationships, past or present. This can be healing themselves from trauma, finding ease and satisfaction in current relationships, or to explore new ways of being in relationship. I offer a trauma-informed approach to work with individuals, families and couples, to help them explore patterns that don't work, to process loss and grief, and to find authentic connection.
Being a human in these times is not for the faint of heart. Therapy can help. In working with you, we can identify your strengths and supports, patterns you’d like to change, and find resources and rituals to help sustain you. I offer embodied, somatic, and creative approaches in sessions, attuning to what works for you and what's needed in the moment.
If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
