I specialize in treating Complex PTSD, Panic, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, gender and sexuality exploration, monogamous and poly relationships, and sexual difficulties. I enjoy helping clients discover who they are and how to find and engage with community.
My approach to therapy combines a collection of evidence based models to match your needs and goals. These include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Exposure Therapy, Attachment Theory and Mindfulness.
