I help women become more present and powerful in their lives. In a safe, collaborative setting, I help individuals from all walks of life free themselves from the pain of the past, make better choices in the present, identify and realize their dreams. I also provide psychedelic integration to make the most of insights and experiences gained from expanded states of consciousness.
My goal as a transpersonal therapist is to provide the most supportive environment for individuals to change and grow. As a certified Healing Shame practitioner, I offer a targeted, strengths-based model to build resilience. As a depth-oriented trauma specialist, I utilize parts work/mapping and gentle Gestalt inquiry in service of healing.
This work allows me to be especially helpful for anyone struggling with feeling good about themselves, anyone who can identify shaming or traumatic life events, anyone who grew up in a home with addiction or mental illness, or anyone in long term recovery from alcohol or other substances/compulsive behaviors.
