Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a focus in adult mental health. I earned my Master's in Social Welfare (MSW) from UCLA in 2005 and have clinical experience in hospital and residential settings, college campuses, and community mental health clinics. I have extensive experience working with talented, high achieving individuals in Silicon Valley who find their professional success is not as fulfilling as expected. I am also certified in the work of Brené Brown and The Daring Way(tm).
The TEAM-CBT model excites me because I have found it to be very effective, helping clients find long-term well-being without long-term treatment. I also understand that there continue to be implicit and explicit structures of power and privilege that can significantly impact our thoughts as well.
