I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a collaborative and straightforward style. My approach is to work with you to understand and identify patterns that are interfering with your interpersonal relationships or blocking your potential, to embrace and own your strengths, and to find healthy ways to change or cope with the parts of your life that aren't working well.

I have experience treating a wide variety of mental health conditions, but focus mostly on relationship conflict and betrayal, life transitions, managing stress, improving workplace dynamics, and developing self-acceptance and resiliency. My approach to treatment is a combination of person-centered Rogerian, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy.
