I am a licensed psychologist with 20+ years of experience, including working at Stanford University before entering private practice. I take an integrative approach, analyzing each client individually then using the best techniques and skills from cognitive behavioral, DBT, emotion regulation and interpersonal orientations. I am active in the change process and will actively engage you in introspection and change. I believe in warmth, honesty, and collaboration in the process.
I also do executive coaching in a business setting, as well as being a team faciliator for corporations related to conflict resolution, team building, and work-life balance.
