I work with adolescents and young adults. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are having a particularly difficult time with major life transitions, early childhood trauma and ADHD. I also work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulties with relationships and individuals who are struggling with a particularly difficult period or event in their lives. Regardless of what I am helping with, my treatment begins and ends with the therapeutic relationship. My first priority in treatment is creating a safe, warm and caring environment for my client from which all other work is built on.

I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and validated. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can bring your whole self—your story, your struggles, and your hopes—without fear of judgment. I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress. Therapy is not about having all the answers—it's about discovering your own voice, agency, and resilience. Together, we’ll explore not just what hurts, but what’s possible.

The body carries the legacy of trauma and attachment dynamics in habits of movement, posture and nervous system regulation that can keep us stuck in the past. Therapeutic engagement doesn't have to be dysregulating and overwhelming. You shouldn't leave a therapy session feeling worse than you did when you showed up. Unfortunately, traditional talk therapies can inadvertently trigger your nervous system into survival mode. If we aren't tracking and recognizing what is happening underneath the words, therapy can feel excruciating, especially if there is a history of trauma at any stage of development.

Because everything we do happens here and now, whether it is reflecting on the past, anticipating the future, or simply engaging in the present, how we organize our moments greatly determines how happy we are. Gestalt Therapy is based on this premise. I help my clients develop a stronger sense of themselves and their surroundings, and most importantly, how they get in the way of life's natural rhythm and flow. They invariably grow a deeper acceptance of who they are and thereby become freer to express their authentic selves in accordance with the requirements of the moment.
