Feelings and thoughts, at times, may be difficult to manage. Anxiety, depression, painful entanglements, behavioral issues, and the lingering effects of damaging experiences can exhaust us. They may also interfere with relationships and affect behaviors. Finding meaning in difficult emotions and life events can be very helpful. My hope is to provide understanding and insight that creates a safe relationship and develops a sensible model for people to discover potentially destructive patterns, what really matters to them, and how one can live a more creative, flexible, and full life.
I have 20+ years of experience working with adults, couples, children, and adolescents. I have a special interest in working with relationship issues, trauma, behavioral issues, eating disorders, parent coaching, divorce/separation/single parenthood, and medical issues (cancer, infertility, postpartum depression, and type 1 diabetes, to name a few).
With guidance and support, healing and change can occur. With this increased sense of self-awareness and agency, you can begin to thrive.
