With over fifteen years of therapy experience I have helped many clients progress to a healthier level of living. I enjoy working with all ages including adolescents, adults, seniors, families and specialize in couples therapy.
I enjoy helping individuals who experienced trauma, painful memories, difficult childhoods, and breakups. Also, I am trained in Couples Therapy from the renowned Couples Institute in Menlo Park. I offer effective modalities to help couples when they get stuck to increase their ability to communicate and better understand themselves and their partner.
