I specialize in working with men who are stressed out by the pressure of having to be everything to everyone and are confused about why their relationships seem so hard. I also specialize in supporting business professionals and leaders with the management of performance-impeding experiences, such as sleeplessness, mood swings, and racing thoughts. I understand the pressure of getting it right and the common dilemma of being caught between two equally valuable pursuits. Getting relief from this pressure by developing skills, insights and new ways of interacting are effective ways to improve relationships and quality of life.
To improve daily life I help you learn tools to manage stress, worry, and emotional highs and lows. I also help you to interact in ways that consider your needs, as well as the needs of others. I help you understand how the things that are outside of your everyday awareness could be interfering with your relationships, productivity, and peace of mind.
