Hello and welcome! It takes a lot of courage to seek help when hardships in life happen. I strive to make therapy a safe, inviting place, where you can grow, work through struggles, and change your life. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I have experience with children through adulthood, and have worked in mental health since 1998. I believe the best therapy happens when clients feel valued and connected, therefore it is important for me to create such an environment for you. NOTE: I am licensed in both CA and PA. I provide telehealth, and see clients in-person in Lititz, PA.
Therapy is rarely straightforward, therefore I believe in tailoring treatment to what works best for each client. I have specialized training in EMDR, which is powerfully effective when addressing both big and seemingly smaller trauma. I use an experiential approach to help guide clients to a deeper level of change, addressing thoughts, feelings, and body.
