I have extensive experience working with women in their 20's-40's of all backgrounds, college students and young adults, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and bipolar. I use an integrative and collaborative style unique to each of my clients. I include client-centered, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness and compassion based modalities.
