I'm constantly awed to see the peace, joy and love of life that clients gain as they go thru the process of Emotionally Focused Therapy under my guidance.
Emotionally Focused Therapy is a highly systematic, researched and effective therapy. I guide my clients to notice their negative communication cycles that have developed as ineffective ways of managing their life long attachment fears and needs. Exploring and noticing deeper needs, clients learn new ways of getting them met and feeling secure.
It's not easy to tell your story to someone new. You will find there is no judgement in sessions with me. You will experience my presence and empathy as you tell your story and I guide you to healing. I see the deeper pains that motivate clients' patterns.
