Anxiety/Depression: is it interfering with a sense of purpose, success, hope for your future, relationships, and your job? I use techniques of Mindfulness, CBT, EMDR/ Flash during sessions. I provide you with printed material, tools to continue to utilize between sessions as you strengthen those parts of you that need to be nurtured. Sandtray work is offered to all clients as an alternative to verbal expression. I incorporate Play Therapy for children, parents and families.
