We all worry about our children. We want to support and teach them the skills needed to overcome challenges so they will grow into “successful” adults. Families may go through a phase where additional support may be needed in order to get through these challenges. It takes a strong sense of self to be able to communicate what’s wrong and most children are still developing these skills. In collaboration with families, I create a safe space to help develop insight into the internal challenges a child is facing while helping them build the skills they need to thrive.

I work best with motivated adults who are committed to working on clearly identified psychological and relationship problems. My clients have tried to solve issues on their own but eventually recognize a need for professional assistance. They realize that therapists have no magical quick cures and that treatment takes courage, persistence and risk-taking. My clients learn that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness. They develop trust in the therapeutic relationship and make lasting gains. I honor each one of my clients who strive to make personal changes..

How are you feeling? tough question to be asked especially with the swirling energy of these times—so much movement, change, and uncertainty. It’s easy to feel unmoored. But within the chaos, there’s a quiet place we can return to: the heart center. It took time to find mine—and the journey is still unfolding. My path began in the world of business, but after years of deep inner work and breaking long-held patterns, I found my true calling: guiding others through meaningful transformation. This isn’t just theory—I’ve lived it. If something in you is stirring, trust it. Your path is unfolding, and you don’t have to walk it alone...

During these difficult times, how would your life be different if you had someone to speak with about the issues that you are struggling with NOW? What if you could have an intimate, stimulating and long-lasting love affair with your partner? Could you imagine yourself, your partner or a family member learning how to take responsibility for thinking, feeling and behaviors so that life was satisfying and successful rather than stressful and disorganized? Well...that is possible.

I view therapeutic work as an invitation to turn towards the areas of our lives that are calling to us for some attention. Sometimes this means the challenging, confusing, painful, and mysterious parts of life. Other times it may mean exploring our connection to sense of self, our desires, creativity, and vitality. Therapy helps us to consider where we would like to grow, change, and heal - within a safe-enough space based in curiosity and connection. I take the whole person's lived context into consideration, including social, cultural, economic, and systemic forces that influence our sense of wellbeing.

Do you find yourself completely exhausted at the end of each day from the effort it takes to go through the motions? Maybe you spend so much time focused on internal worries or past experiences that you feel disconnected from those around you or like life is passing you by. They just don't feel like themselves. Whether you've been feeling this way for a while or noticed a recent shift, you deserve to feel like yourself again.

Three guiding principles underscore my work with people and my own growth. Essentially, we are constantly in a state of potential for change and doing the best we can in life. In addition, I view negative thoughts and feelings that develop into anxiety, depression, and low self-worth as learned responses that serve a purpose; to cope with or protect against pain. And most importantly, happiness is a choice we can make once we have the skills to respond (instead of just react) to life's challenges.
