Cottonwood Psychology Center is the largest perinatal practice in California. We specialize in helping moms and dads who may be experiencing pregnancy or postpartum depression and anxiety. We can also help parents who might be struggling with their relationship, with parenting their kids of any age, and with family concerns that inevitably pop up. Our staff is well-trained and ready to help you with both telehealth and in-person therapy options.
We have licensed and pre-licensed providers who are all trained to work with perinatal patients. We also have a psychiatric nurse practitioner who can provide medication support. We accept several major insurance plans and we are here to help!

Groups
Fourth Trimester Support Group
This is an online support group for new moms in California, and it is facilitated by Ryanne Smith, ASW. It is perfect for moms with babies up to one year old, and it will give you tools to help with the challenges of parenting as well as ways to combat postpartum depression and anxiety. The group is semi-structured, and each week will focus on a different topic related to having a new baby. Babies are welcome to come, and each session is only $20.
