For the last 16 years I have loved assisting others. Every person has intrinsic value, you have intrinsic value - that is worth rediscovering and celebrating. Sometimes events in life may have caused self doubts due to traumatic events or loss that can steal happiness and connection, or a sense of feeling unworthy of love. I provide EMDR (EMDRIA) therapy which can be effective for issues including trauma, loss, depression, anxiety and more. I also provide a relational approach and incorporate modalities like CBT, emotional focus, solutions, and attachment. I'm a FOCUS (Families OverComing Under Stress) therapist. I also assist couples and families find closeness again.
I will provided a safe understanding environment and relationship where we can explore life together, find hope together, where it's safe to cry, and laugh.
