Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. To choose one ideal client would be impossible for me. I have enjoyed working with adolescents, children, young adults, older adults, couples, and families. Treatment has included addressing anger issues, substance abuse, self-esteem deficits, depression, anxiety, marital issues, domestic violence, as well as gay/lesbian issues. Utilizing a positive regard for each client while creating a treatment plan with the client to address his/her concerns, I strive to develop therapeutic relationships with my clients that will maximize effective healing.

This world pulls us in many directions and at times it can be challenging to find our footing. My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a licensed therapist with a Master's of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I understand firsthand how the demands of a high-pressure career can create an ongoing drive for perfection. The feeling that no matter how much you achieve, it’s never quite enough. That constant pressure can lead to exhaustion and a loss of your true self, something I know because I've been there. I'm here to help you learn how to build a relationship with yourself so you can shift this for the better.
