Hello! I am so glad you found your way here. I am Roshni and I specialize in relational work. I primarily work with couples and when I get lucky I have the privilege to sit with the whole family. I believe the problem lies in the larger context as opposed to in an individual. So, in our sessions, we will have conversations around childhood attachments, culture, race, gender, ancestry, immigration, religion etc., and how these themes impact the way we show up in our relationships with others and ourselves. My research has focused one premarital therapy. I am trained, and specialize in couple’s therapy modalities.
I use attachment, experiential and solution focused interventions. I work with married couples, couples who are making their way towards marriage and I also work with clients who are transitioning in and out relationships.
