I work with athletes and families to help overcome stressors and mental blocks in the realm of sports as well as in day-to-day life. My degree is in Marriage and Family therapy and I work with couples and families outside of the sporting world as well.
I was a D1 scholarship athlete, a national level coach, and am now focused on helping athletes and families in the mental aspect of sports. By employing goal setting strategies, visualization, core beliefs, and utilizing marriage and family therapy techniques, I help to get athletes, families, and couples back on the block!
