My goal is to help provide you with guidance, hope, and strength. I have my MA in Counseling Psychology- emphasis in Marriage and Family. I have 12 years experience working in Substance Abuse and Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Trauma. I have worked in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Treatment Centers from Residential, PHP, IOP, OP in CA.
Sometimes our past and childhood experiences can affect us in the present, our ability to trust, and how we relate to others in our relationships. I use Psychodynamic, Attachment theories, Mindfulness, Gestalt, Gottman Method, CBT, Jungian Dream analysis, along with talk therapy to create a safe and healing environment to move forward towards growth.
