I often employ EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). It is an approach that identifies hidden beliefs that drive one's actions but are not necessarily compatible with one's intentions, goals and dreams resulting in a deep sense of dissatisfaction expressed in forms of stress, anxiety and/or depression.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for exploration along the human journey. I enjoy working with youth and adults integrating artistic expression and/or spirituality to discover and live your personal values and recover from the injuries that stand in the way of you becoming a better self.
