The Men's Group Seminar
This group is for men who would like to learn about the challenges of masculinity in contemporary culture. Issues pertaining to career, relationships, fatherhood, health/stress management, and family of origin will be addressed in a supportive environment. In each group meeting, Dr. Tobin will present didactic material then facilitate an open discussion. Young adult, adult, middle-aged and senior men are welcome to attend.

The Relationship Group Seminar
This group is for men and women who would like to explore their relational lives. The challenges and emotional storms encountered in the quest for establishing and maintaining healthy intimate relationships are the central foci. Topics including codependency, self-esteem, family of origin issues, boundaries, repetitive self-destructive and self-sabotaging patterns, and the narcissistic-codependent bond will be actively explored. In each group meeting, Dr. Tobin will present didactic material then facilitate an open discussion among the group participants. Single, dating, committed, and married men and women are welcome to attend.

Dynamic Psychotherapy Process Group
This psychotherapeutic experience consists of ongoing group sessions in which individuals come together for relational contact, support and learning. The group is devised to help people identity and understand their "blindspots" which may hinder their interpersonal lives and overall contentment. Often, these blindspots are not detectable in individual psychotherapy and are seldom made available for reflection in one's everyday life. The major focus of the group is on the relational dynamics that emerge between group members. These dynamics are "freeze-framed" in the group sessions and closely inspected, a process that will hopefully yield discoveries, insights, and positive change.
