Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches.
My therapeutic approach is to meet every client where they're at and collaboratively customize a treatment plan that works for them. I offer TeleHealth (phone/video sessions). This is a great option for clients who cannot attend regular office appointments due to busy work schedules, commuting times, parenting demands, or other issues.
