I use an integrative approach to therapy which refers to the infusion of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects within a person, as well as the combination of various theories and intervention strategies to better address the person's individuality. Integrative counseling aims to promote healing and facilitates wholeness - ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning are maximized to their full potential.
I am a licensed psychotherapist, certified Stress Management Coach, and certified in Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I employ some of the latest evidence-based practices including: Positive Psychology interventions, Mindfulness and Meditation, Hypnotherapy, CBT, DBT, and EFT.
