I am a licensed Christian Psychologist who has been helping people in therapy for over 25 years. I have seen how depression, anxiety, and difficulties in relationships are symptoms which arise out of injuries or losses in one's life. Healing occurs in the safety of a therapeutic relationship where one can work through these difficulties. My goal is to help my clients identify, understand and develop healthier relationships, which leads to a sense of well-being through an interactive process. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and I specialize in working with individuals, groups, and couples.
I believe individual and group therapy provides an arena for clients to interact freely, then helps them to understand what goes wrong in their interactions. This ultimately enables them to identify and change any unhelpful patterns that they have.
I enjoy helping clients grow and develop through therapy that focuses on the importance of relationships. As a Christian Therapist, I integrate both the emotional and spiritual components of one's life. I also have many clients find the experience of group therapy to be accelerating, enriching and economical.
