I have experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy. My style is warm, empathic, and genuine, yet, direct in an effort to assist clients in refuting self-doubt. I have worked with individuals combating symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and various life transitions, and with families struggling with an imbalance in the system.
