Channeling through life moments despite how troubling, traumatic or challenging they are requires some sort of "emotional grit." These experiences create responses and behaviors that are not healthy for us - anxiety, depression, impulsivity, anger, addiction etc. At times, these situations are out of our control and stem from our relationship experiences from childhood to now. We need Empathy that is genuine and a safe space to HEAL as we go in depth into our experiences and desire to create a value in us as we take time to "breathe, process, and heal," without bias!

Are therapy sessions confidential?
