My passion for therapy is being able to help others navigate life and meet their maximum potential. I would love to be able to walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and healing. More often than not making the call is the biggest acomplishment.

I have worked for many years with individuals, couples, families and youth. Many of those I work with are struggling with transitional life problems and some have long term chronic mental illness. They are all looking to gain greater insight into their challenges and are working toward finding understanding in their interpersonal relationships. We set goals and then work toward achieving a more fulfilling life.

We can all use some support at some point in our lives. Whether we are going through a life transition, experiencing the loss of something meaningful to us, or simply feeling stagnant in life, just to name a few. Sometimes, the hardest part is recognizing we need support or realizing that it is okay not to do it alone. If you are reading this, you are likely contemplating getting that support or may be ready to start that journey! Either way, it is the first step. That is great! My goal as a therapist is to assist the person, I am working with to navigate emotions or behaviors that they may want to better understand or change.
