I treat stress, anxiety and depression, co-dependency, and chronic illness and caregivers coping with a loved one’s chronic illness as well as recovery from hidden abuse, narcissistic victim syndrome, sexual abuse/assault, trauma, grief and loss.
You may be feeling stressed, anxious, sad, ashamed, depressed, ill or even angry. Perhaps you have big decisions to make or changes in your lifestyle. It helps to be able to share this with someone who is understanding and accepting of what you’re going through. I will listen and guide you towards relief, empowerment, restoration and balance.
