I have worked with adults in a hospital clinic setting & have over 6 years of experience in school-based settings (K-12). I have experience providing therapy to children, teens and young adults, and adults for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, & IEPs. I offer a safe space to process what's keeping you from feeling better.
I know that asking for help is sometimes the most difficult thing in the world, but it is the first part of feeling better. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that works for you- with your input, insight, & goals for treatment. We will work as a team to help you face what is keeping you down and learn how to better understand your mental health.
