Working with a group provides a unique opportunity to learn from others who are experiencing similar challenges. This group covers content on 1) Forms of non-monogamy 2) Values (why do you want to be non-monogamous) 3) Relationship attachment and non-monogamy 4) Jealousy and compersion 5) Skills for intense emotional experiences 6) Building secure attachment

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Group
This group includes 8 sessions of 90-minute, biweekly group. There are 2 preparation groups where we will identify your values and learn foundational mindfulness and acceptance skills. Then 6 ketamine medicine and 6 integration groups. This group is based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), an evidence-based therapy that helps people reduce avoidance and live more fulfilling lives.
