My belief is that unless we get to the heart of the matter of whatever is causing your grief, solutions will only go so far. My approach is holistic; helping you heal core insecurities that are causing you this grief. I use a combination of approaches including cognitive behavioral, psycho dynamic, inner child, and humanistic modalities to help you see how your past is impacting some of your difficulties today. By facilitating a process of becoming aware, I will help you relinquish unconscious beliefs that are holding you back and identify what you need to make change.
