The Covid-19 virus and need for social distancing has changed everything. I am very grateful to be able to offer assistance via video or phone calls to people who are struggling with isolation, anxiety, relationship problems, and the overall uncertainty of this time. Our typical support systems and activities that keep us sane and functioning are all missing or altered. The challenges we are facing are unprecedented in our lifetimes, but it my belief that each of us has the grit in our DNA to get through it.
My practice is based on an admiration and respect for the uniqueness of every life and every story. As a therapist in practice for over 20 years, I can assist you in navigating this strange time, and help you learn ways to reduce anxiety, access new coping skills, and stay calm, safe and productive.
I have been practicing online therapy for over 6 years, and have found it to be extremely helpful in many circumstances.
