In my practice, I provide a safe space where people can be REAL without feeling the need to censor themselves. Above all, I strive to make people feel understood. I will help you to develop skills to combat anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts. I tailor my approach to each person and employ techniques such as cognitive-behavioral, dialectal behavioral, EMDR, and mindfulness.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you bring your experiences and I provide tools, guidance, and a safe, non-judgmental space. I work with clients seeking support through evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness, and for those who desire it, I integrate Biblical, Christ-centered care through prayer, scripture, and faith reflection. My style is warm, compassionate, and practical—I listen deeply, encourage growth, and offer gentle honesty to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with peace.

We carry so many different parts of ourselves and sometimes it is challenging to balance it all. Our personal and professional responsibilities can cause distress. Life is a developmental process each stage brings joys and challenges. I am ready to address and support your mental health needs, family dynamics, grief and loss, work related issues, chronic medical conditions, parenting children impacted by the child welfare system, maternal child health and generational dynamics. Gaining clarity of these underlying dynamics will lead the way to living rather than just surviving.

“Healing begins the moment you stop pretending you’re fine. Take a seat, you’ve chosen change, now let it grow.” Life transitions such as loss, divorce, caregiving, health challenges, or career changes can feel overwhelming. These moments can shake your sense of stability, leaving you questioning who you are, what matters, and how to move forward. Too often, people are told to “stay strong.” In my practice, I offer something different: a space to pause, reflect, and build resilience through honest conversation and intentional direct support. I help adults, couples, and families manage grief, major transitions and on-going stress.

We all go through moments when we need support, clarity, and a safe place to explore what’s getting in the way of living a meaningful life. I work especially well with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating life transitions, stress, identity questions, relationship difficulties, and patterns that no longer feel helpful. Many clients come to me feeling stuck—caught between who they’ve been and who they want to become. I utilize evidence based practices, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help my clients. I am also passionate in serving LGBTQIA2S+ folks by providing letters for Gender Affirming Care.

Everyday feels like a struggle and you’re tired of “holding it all together”. You overthink almost everything. You replay conversations. You’re tired of “bottling it all up and then exploding”. You worry about being a good partner, good friend, and possibly a good mom. No matter how much you do, it never feels like enough. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and the mental load that comes with “doing it all.” Many of my clients are women and mothers, but I also work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-doubt.

Grief is not linear. Some days it can feel heavy, sad, and extremely lonely, while other days we can feel on top of the world, and feeling like the us we were before our grief struck. Grief can feel like a rollercoaster with so many ups and downs throughout the way that are exhausting and unbearable at times, while other times we are able to have our heads above water feeling like we can take a deep breath again. All in these moments it feels like the world just keeps moving on when yours feels like it has completely stopped. You don’t have to carry it alone—there’s space here for all of it.
