Do you want to live a fuller, happier, more successful life? In my 25+ year career I've worked with a variety of clients including children ages 3-12, adolescents, and adults. I can address any mental health issue that may arise, help with coping skills, depression, anxiety, bipolar d/o, ADHD, and relational issues, to name a few. A number of modalities utilized are:.cognitive-behavior, behavior modification, play therapy and a systems approach. In conjunction with the client, a treatment plan and goals are developed, strengths are built on and "new tools are added to their toolbelts".
In a safe, confidential environment, the client and I are a team who colaberate to develop treatment goals together. Clients strengths are built on to help resolve whatever life challenge is presented.Together we will strive towards overcoming hardships, work on personal growth, gaining coping skills or improving relationships.
