My approach is client-centered with an emphasis on safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship. Specialties include relationship difficulties; performance anxiety; social anxiety; coping with illness; trauma survivors; crisis intervention; grief and loss; and life transitions. I have trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and have found that unresolved grief and trauma is often at the heart of emotional and relationship problems.
I am certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.

I also offer EMDR [Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing] therapy which has been proven effective as treatment for emotional trauma.
