I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialties in anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. Many of my client’s have struggled for years before seeking therapy, while others simply need continued support. I work closely with all clients to identify meaningful, values-based goals focused on improving one's sense of wellbeing and innate resilience, while addressing symptoms that interfere with your ability to live life at its fullest. I help clients develop mindfulness skills and cultivate acceptance of their thoughts and emotions, empowering them to detach from unhelpful patterns and embrace a values-based life.
My therapeutic style is direct but kind, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. My treatment approach is integrative but rooted in practical, evidence-based interventions to improve your wellbeing. I approach every client from a strength-based perspective to individualize treatment and develop an innate appreciation for already-present resilience factors.
