I am a socially justice minded, HAES & LGBT+ affirming therapist and work to sit with your unique experiences. It can be scary to think about talking about things you have been through, the things you have done, & the relationships you have had. I honor what you have been through & the choices you've had to make to get to this point. By co-creating a safe, empathetic environment to grow through what you've been through, we can find ways to construct the life you want for you.
I utilize affirming attachment and strength-based modalities to treat diverse families, couples, and individuals. I seek to honor & integrate my clients' wisdom, identity, & personal experiences & connect it with current scientific research. I specialize in adoption and attachment trauma and how that can influence our relationships with others & ourselves.
